1. Order Processing & Delivery

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped after production is completed.

Estimated delivery times:

• Express Shipping: 7–10 business days

• Standard Shipping: 10–16 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

3. Returns & Replacements

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To request a replacement, please email us with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After reviewing and verifying the claim, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only available in cases approved under our Returns & Replacement Policy.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other related charges are non-refundable.

Rose Blossoming is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, natural disasters, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
