  1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, you may be eligible for a replacement.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  1. Replacement Process

To request a replacement, please contact us at info@roseblossoming.com and provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

  1. Refund Policy

Refunds are only granted in exceptional circumstances when a replacement is not possible or when otherwise required by applicable law.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and other related fees are non-refundable.

The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Custom-made products

• Personalized items

• Made-to-order products

• Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
